SECRET GARDEN FT. LULUS

While you won’t typically find me frolicking in fields (thanks to my allergies), I did get the opportunity this past weekend to visit a secret garden of sorts in upstate New York. Rushmore Estate is a stunning European-style wedding venue that we got to hang out in for a couple of hours last week for one of Sean’s friends’ weddings. It seriously gave Secret Garden vibes, and when dressing for the occasion, I knew I wanted to channel something fairy-like and vibey. Enter: this stunning dress from Lulus— it was the perfect blend of ethereal and structured.

I paired it with these strappy sandals from Jeffrey Campbell that have been my go-to as of late, my Gucci horsebit shoulder bag, and these retro sunnies. The pale butter yellow of this dress is definitely a little out of my comfort zone, but I kind of love it and think it’s a perfect summer-to-fall transitional shade. I wrapped it all up with some gold jewelry, art deco inspired earrings, and a glossy light brown lip.
