OCTOBER FAVORITES
Next to September, October is my absolute favorite month of the year. It’s probably a combination of the spooky decor, crisp weather, and the fashion ofc. We celebrated a handful of birthdays this past month, too, from Sean’s bday, to Lindsey’s 🦋. We also spent a weekend up in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, which is always a great fall getaway—it was our first time staying at The Hotel Portsmouth, which I have to say has to be my favorite spot we’ve ever stayed up there. It’s a renovated Victorian style B&B with the coziest living rooms and coolest vibes—think gorgeous chandeliers and fun wallpaper. Amanda took us to a really cool new Italian spot up there, Mamma Luca, which was delish, too. Would highly recco and I can’t wait to go back. Ahead, I’m sharing some of my fashion + misc faves of the month, plus a cool buy from New England.
Fashion
Christian Dior 2010s New York Graphic Tee — This sweet graphic top was a gorgeousss gift from my friend Ana—if you’re reading this, THANK YOU !!! It’s such a cool vintage-inspired shape and I absolutely love the Statue of Liberty design. Can’t wait to style it this Fall and Winter with some leather pants 😍,
Martini Sweater from Portsmouth — I picked up this super unique cozy sweater up in New Hampshire. How stunning is this embroidered martini glass detail, and it’s super thick and warm, making it perfect for the chilly months ahead. I’ll def be pairing this one with everything from plaid skirts to leopard jeans.
accessories
Naturalizer Elaine Slingback Studded Shoes * gifted * — Perhaps the coolest gifted piece I recieved this month, these stunning slingbacks are perfect for fall, winter, you name it. I love the contrast of the warm brown suede with the thick silver studs: how gorgeous! I’ll be pairing these with baggy jeans or socks and tights.
Amazon Fashion Tortoise Headband — This one was an impulse Prime Day purchase, and it was well worth it. Super affordable but adds an elegant touch to any look, and I absolutely love how well it pairs with a chunky sweater and hoops.
HOME
Beetlejuice Sandworm Inspired Candles — I wanted to add a little Halloween flair to the apartment without going over the top, and these hit the nail on the head (also okay Amazon Home, out here rivaling Etsy!). These instantly added a little fun to the apartment and I’ll probably keep them around for a few weeks post-Halloween too.
