FESTIVAL SZN FEAT. ABERCROMBIE
While I’ve never been a real * festival * girlie (my favorite festival is probably the Edinburgh Fringe Festival), I’ve always been into the fashion. Fringe, leather, cowhide, and cowboy boots will always be staples in my spring wardrobe even if I’m just hailing from New York the whole season (sorry not sorry). Inspired by the vibes, I put this little look together for a warm Saturday out and about. The look is centered around the probably most festival-esque accessory I’ve probably ever owned–this cool round disc cowprint belt. Here, I obviously paired it over a mini skirt from Cider, but it would also look super cute over a pair of flared pants. On top, I added the A&F Ava Top (which by the way is one of the most perfect tops for spring because it doesn’t have sleeves yet is super thick and warm, making it a great versatile piece for huge temperature swings. I paired a lacey brown cardigan on top for a little extra warmth, and this fur-lined leather jacket (similar here). Wrap that all up with a black shoulder bag—I wore my Prada Tessuto here, and knee-high cream colored boots (similar here).
“The poet’s eye, in a fine frenzy rolling, Doth glance from heaven to Earth, from Earth to heaven, And as imagination bodies forth The forms of things unknown, the poet’s pen Turns them to shapes and gives to airy nothing A local habitation and a name.”
