DECEMBER FAVORITES

December! You were fickle, but you became one of my favorite months of the year. This December, I laid pretty low because I was sick with the FLU! for two weeks (well, the latter half basically became bronchitis, which was really fun). A few doctor appointments later and some meds, I finally recovered to have a few fun weekend plans, including a small holiday gathering at our apartment, Lindsey’s four-year anniversary dinner 🦋, and some gallivanting around snowy NYC. This year has been quite good to me and I’m honestly sad to see 2025 go, but I know ‘26 will have some great things in store. Here are some of my favorite purchases, gifts, and more from December, and cheers to finishing out this month with a bang.

Cider Cow Print Sweater — This cutie sweater was a Black Friday purchase! She’s really warm, pairs with everything from denim to flared leggings and would even look cute over a mini skirt and tights. Cow print has easily become my favorite winter trend this coming szn, as you’ll see later on in this post!

H&M Velour Peplum Blouse — Sad news for H&M fans on the UES, the 86th Street location is closing! The better news: most of their inventory is on sale for up to 60% off. I got this cute peplum blouse for just $30, and styled it on Christmas Eve. I also think it would look perfect paired with some denim and pointy-toed mules.

ACCESSORIES

Fendi Zucca Shearling Baguette (shop here) — This cozy bag has been on my designer wishlist for over a year, and as a Christmas gift to myself this yr, I decided to pull the trigger. I found this medium-sized 2022 Baguette on TheRealReal, actually, and it was missing both handle straps, which marked it down a ton. That, and it was also on a 20% off sale for the holidays, it was well worth the splurge and I’m thrilled to give it a second home! I can’t wait to style this one this winter and other winters to come. P.S., I picked up this handle strap on Amazon, which matches perfectly, and I'll be in the market for a crossbody version too!

Pavoi Silver Hoops — My go-to silver hoops recently broke (after a good 5 years of use, at least), so it was time to add a new set to my collection. I love the size and thickness of these, they’re not overly big or too small, and pair well with everything else in my current earring stack.

Adidas Samba OG Cow Print — These were a fun Christmas gift from my parents! Give me alllll the cow print lol. I think these will look super fun paired with baggy jeans and a chunky sweater (aka my upcoming winter wardrobe).

Branch Verve Chair — My beloved cream velvet desk chair broke back in November (so sad), so we upgraded to something more ergonomic since Sean spends a lot of time working from home. The ideal combo between what he needed and my #aesthetic requirements, this pick from Branch was a no-brainer. We got it on Black Friday, so it was nicely marked down at the time, but I’d say it’s even worth its full price with how comfortable and dynamic it is. To make it even more cozy, I ordered this fur throw on Amazon for extra comfort and #vibes, lol.
