JUNE FAVORITES

June was definitely a rainier month than I would’ve hoped (I loveeee a hot summer), but it was an overall good one. We had some fun dinners, lots of chill days, and I picked up some fun new pieces for my wardrobe, as you’ll see in this post. We also crossed off a cocktail bar that I’ve had on my list for a while: Pearl Box (yes, it lived up to the hype). I’m not sure if it was my experience there (ha), or just feeling some sort of nostalgia as of late —I’ve been really inspired by retro vibes for summer. Silk scarves, polka dots, lucite heels— these are just a few of the pieces that I picked up recently (which, tbh, you’d pretty much be shocked to find out most are from Amazon, lol). Another highlight of the month was Othello, which we got to see at its close. Truly, no notes, it was incredible. Anywho, here are some of my best buys of this past month.

FASHION

Polka Dot Cider Top — I’ll be straight up, polka dots were never my thing. And honestly, some part of me feels like they still aren’t. But this really gorgeous polka dot top (and matching skirt) kind of changed my mind. Of course, it’s my favorite brown shade (no shock there) and I love the creamy white polka dots on top, which aren’t crazy big, but not small either. The scarf is so cute, and I can’t wait to rock this on vacay and beyond.

Minidora Paisley Scarf — This gorgeous orange scarf was one I found on Amazon, and I can’t wait to wear it on my head this summer, or even as a top. It’s giving country, Wes-Anderson vibes and I can’t get enough, TBH.

Zaful Brown Knit Bikini — You didn’t think I’d go without a bikini on my first summer favorites list of the yr! Picked this cutie one up that I can’t wait to wear to the pool and beach this summer, and yes, it’s brown, like everything else on this list, but I’m just really into the hue right now. The dainty bows also give this one a touch of coquette style which I think is super cuuuute.

Lucite Kitten Heels — Ummmm, how cute are these? I stumbled upon them while I was browsing for new sandals on Amazon and took a chance on these. Not only are they shockingly comfortable, they go with everything in my wardrobe. 10/10 overall.
